join us in person!

We are excited to start holding in person services!  You can register for a service by clicking the appropriate button at the bottom of this page.  Each week, registration will open at 9 am on the Wednesday prior to the coming Sunday services.

To allow everyone to attend, please consider registering for no more than two services per month. All seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you have any concerns or health issues, please consider staying home and watch our online services at 9 am and 10:30 am on Facebook, YouTube, and www.mainstreetchurch.live.

Please read through the following information!

F.A.Q.

ARE SERVICE TIMES CHANGING?

Yes.  Beginning September 20, we will be offering two service times in two locations!  Both the Auditorium services and the Chapel services will be offered at 9 am and 10:30 am. Both services will also be streamed to Facebook, YouTube and mainstreetchurch.live.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

We ask that you arrive up to 15 minutes before the start of the service. Services will begin promptly at 9 am and 10:30 am, and doors will be closed 5 minutes after the start of service. Once a service concludes, we would ask you to please exit the venue to enable proper cleaning.

wILL THERE BE LIMITED CAPACITY?

Yes. Per the BC Health Authority, our capacity is 50 people per venue.
Because we have separate entrances to our Chapel and Auditorium, we can offer two gatherings of 50 people simultaneously. You will indicate which venue you are attending as part of the registration process.

wHERE SHOULD i PARK?

If you are attending the Auditorium service, please park in the Courthouse parking lot directly across from the church's front entrance.
If you are attending the Chapel service, please park in the rear parking lot at the back of the church.
Please take note that the large parking off of Princess Ave is a pay parking lot. This lot is routinely patrolled and parking tickets may be issued.

WILL THERE BE ENTRANCE/EXIT SIGNAGE?

Yes, entrances and exits will be marked to enable the proper flow of traffic.  We will also have signage on the floor and around the facility that guide and remind you of social distancing protocols.

are masks, gloves and hand sanitizer required?

Gloves and masks are not required at this time but feel free to wear them if you wish. There will be masks available upon request at both venues. We do encourage everyone to bring hand sanitizer. There will also be sanitizer stations available around our facility. We encourage everyone to wash or sanitize hands upon entering and after interacting with high touch point areas.

Will there health screening?

We will not be taking temperatures or screening on site. We ask everyone to use good judgment. If you feel ill or have a family member who is feeling unwell, please stay home and participate in our online experience.

How will social distancing be enabled?

Upon arrival, signage and staff will guide, direct, and assist attendees regarding social distancing and protocol.  Please maintain six feet of social distancing at all times. Seating in both venues will be spaced accordingly. While services won't look the same, we will still sing, open God's Word, have opportunities to give, and encourage one another!

how are the facilities cleaned and Will restrooms be open?

We will be conducting regular cleaning and sanitizing of all areas before, between and after services, paying special attention to all high traffic and touch points.  The restrooms will be cleaned and sanitized routinely and thoroughly.

I'M NEW.  HOW DO I GET CONNECTED?

If you haven't already, we encourage you to fill out a connect card by clicking here https://mainstreetchurch.ca/contact-us or email office@mainstreetchurch.ca, and we'll be in contact with you.

How can I continue my giving?

Programs and offering baskets will not be available. We encourage you to use online giving. Click here for online giving options. There will also be giving boxes located in each venue as well as DEBIT machines.

CAN I COME TO THE CHURCH BUILDING DURING THE WEEK?

will there be children's programs?

At this point we will not be offering children's programming.  We ask that if you are bringing children ages 10 and under, that you register for the Chapel services.  This will give you space to help your child if they need attention.  Activity packages will be available as well.
